    Job Description
    LC Staffing Kalispell is partnering with a leading provider of advanced technology to recruit for a long-term Production Master Technician.
    Candidates must be bi-lingual in English and Spanish for consideration.
    The Production Master Technician will be working with some of the most skilled engineers, integrators, software developers, welders, electricians, carpenters, mechanics, and professional staff in the market. This team is dedicated to working collaboratively with valued clients to ensure success in every mission.  This position is a hands-on role, responsible for delivering strong project, time management, and people skill while ensuring that the production process is carried out in accordance to the customer specifications and organizational goals. 
    This position includes general construction, finish carpentry, cabinet or countertop construction, electrical conduit work, cabling management (low voltage), data networking, security or surveillance systems, business phone system installation and programming, power management, HVAC, welding (steel and aluminum), and forklift operation.         
    Job Duties:
    · Manage and coordinate all the step-by-step builds for assigned projects from start to finish.
    · Act with good judgment in a fast-paced and changing environment daily.
    · Train new hires and skill development processes to ensure quality products and continuous improvements.
    · Track quality metrics and production deadlines to meet and hold a standard of consistency.   
    · Ability to provide sound solutions and innovative ideas to maintain a competitive advantage and a positive impact to the bottom line.  
    · Demonstrate strong leadership skills and a positive attitude as well as the ability to work unsupervised both offsite and in the shop.
    · Coordinate with Production Manager and Project Manager on production startups. shutdowns, and changeovers. 
    Qualifications and Attributes:
    · 5 years of manufacturing or construction management (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
    · Fluent in Spanish and English.
    · Knowledge of materials, methods and the tools involved in the construction or repair of houses or RVs.
    · Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses and routine maintenance.
    · Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, drawings and models including CAD layouts.
    · Valid driver’s license with clean driving record, CDL a plus.
    · Ability to internationally travel on a regular basis; must have valid international passport. Travelling is about 40% of the year.
