              Join us in The Firebrand Restaurant for a culinary experience featuring South Africa & Jamaica.

              South Africa | March 19th - 25th

              Chef Bathi, from the small town of Lusikisiki located in the Eastern Cape of South Africa, will be preparing a traditional special from his hometown.

              Jamaica | March 26th - April 1st

              Chef Samantha from St. Mary, Jamaica will be presenting a Jamaican breakfast special & Chef Oshin from Mandeville, Jamaica in the parish of Manchester, will be featuring a local dinner special.
