The Whitefish Education Foundation seeks to fill the inaugural position of a part-time Executive Director. The ideal candidate is an organized, creative self-starter who has experience working with nonprofit boards and has a passion for public education. The future director believes in the value of public education and understands the positive impact on its students, families, and local communities. As a skilled relationship builder, the new director will leverage their connections to strengthen fundraising activities, maintain board/volunteer/district engagement, and cultivate new community partnerships. Reporting to the board of directors, the director’s primary duties include managing daily administrative activities, supporting the Board with governance and oversight, and helping committee members deliver grants, scholarships, and support to families and students. This position can be remote and has flexible working hours, except for mandatory attendance at scheduled meetings and events.
