    Assistant Dining Room Manager
    As a Dining room manager you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards.
    To supervise services in the dining and Taproom and to ensure guest satisfaction. To work in conjunction with the Restaurant Manager, to train and supervise (in absence of manager) and develop employees in a positive work environment, motivate all staff members to maximize sales by utilizing menu knowledge and suggestive selling.
    Perform all duties toward the goal of providing excellent guest service in an efficient manner. Handle all guest service issues in an immediate and professional manner. Ensure that the facility is ready to open 15 minutes prior to the posted opening time and deliver a creative, sales oriented service briefing. You will be on the floor 100% of the time during a meal service period to observe, monitor and follow up on all areas of the operation on a daily basis.
    You will be required to know the menus, specials, features, foods and beverages that the dining and Taproom offer. You may be responsible for using the point of sale system, handling money, processing credit/debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates, cards and vouchers. You may be required to assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary. Perform opening and closing duties, as needed.
    Maintain appearance and dress code. Develop positive communication and teamwork with all co-workers, management and owners. Certification in the TIPS alcohol awareness program is required.
