     Restaurant Manager
    As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
     This position is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Belton Dining & Taproom including supervising, directing and scheduling the FOH staff.  You will be required to motivate all staff members to maximize sales by utilizing menu knowledge and suggestive selling techniques.
    Provide excellent guest service in an efficient manner and the ability to handle all guest service issues in an immediate and professional manner. Ensure that the facility is ready to open at least 15 minutes prior to the posted opening time and deliver a creative, sales-oriented briefing. You are required to be on the floor 100% of the time during meal service times to observe, monitor and follow up on all areas of operation on a daily basis. Interact with guests to ensure that a positive guest experience is being met.
    Work with the Chef on duty in maintaining high standards of food presentation and sanitation. Control costs: food, labor and other expenses. Responsible for the secure handling and balancing of assigned cash bank. You will be required to know the menus, specials, features, foods and beverages that the dining and Taproom offer. You may be responsible for using point of sale system, handling money, processing credit/debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates, cards and vouchers.
    Maintain a professional appearance and dress code. Develop positive communication and teamwork with all co-workers, management and owners. Certification in TIPS alcohol awareness program is required. You must have the ability to stand, bend, stretch for extended periods of time.
