    Job Description
    As a Bartender, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
    Greet guestss and respond to guest inquires and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. Mix and garnish beverages according to recipe and portion control standards. Present and serve beverages to guests, you will be responsible for proper identification and serve alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with federal, state, local and company policies and regulations.
    Knowledge of all menus, specials, features, foods and beverages as it can change daily. You must have knowledge about our property and Glacier National Park.
    Accurately total, process and collect payment from guests to include, but not limited to, using the point of sale system, handling money, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates, cards and vouchers.
    Stock and maintain the bar to include, but limited to, beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, condiments, glassware and ice. Cut, store and ensure porduct of all beverage/related perishables. Respond professionally to inebriated guests, as needed.
    Maintain appearance and uniform standards. Develop positive communication and teamwork with all co-workers and management. Bartenders must also assist in other departments or with other job duties as requested or necessary in line with the overall success of the company. Certification in the TIPS alcohol awareness program is required.
