    Job Description
    As a Line Cook you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
    This position assists the restaurant Chef in all basic food preparations, performing functions or prep production. Perform all duties toward the goal of providing excellent guest service in an efficent manner.
    Responsible for prep, set-up, service, clean up and restocking of cook's line and appropriate prep areas. Adhere to all sanitation requirements including product rotation, temperature maintenance, storage procedures, cooking requirments and handling techniques.
    You will need to be able to commit food specifications to memory. Work quickly, efficiently, and safley with all kitchen equipment. You must have the ablility to absorb large amounts of information in a short period of time and be able to follow directions.
    This position required bending, stretching, reaching and standing for long periods of time. You may be required to assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships. Perform opening and closing duties, as needed.
    Maintain appearance and uniform standards. Develop positive communication and teamwork with all co-workers, management and owners.
