    If you are someone who is interested in the medical field and want to dip your toes in, we have an awesome temporary position available! We are looking for a temporary Medical Staff Coordinator to cover a 12 week leave. Pay is $16.24 per hour!

    Position Responsibilities

    1. Coordinates medical staff meetings and activities
    2. Processes medical staff and allied health staff applications and reapplications for membership and privileges
    3. Compliance Support


    • High school graduate
    • Previous experience in medical staff credentialing.
    • Type 60 WPM minimum
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
    • Effective organizational, verbal and written communication skills
    • Telecommunication experience
    • Working knowledge of FAX and photocopy machines
    • Working knowledge of Medical terminology
    • Proficient in word processing software utilization such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

    Hours/Schedule: 40 hrs/week, 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday with ½ hour lunch break with potential for some, pre-scheduled 7am meetings. Pay is $16.24 per hour.
