    Glacier Medical Associates and the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana Care Van have teamed up to offer health services and screenings for NO out of pocket cost for Diabetic A1c testing, Diabetic Retinal Eye Screenings, Flu Shots, and Blood Pressure Screening. Wellness education booths will be set up as well. Please bring your insurance card with you if you have one.
