    Whitefish Chamber of Commerce along with Glacier Tourism and Flathead Valley Community College is sponsoring "The Guest" Customer Service Training!
    Through discussion and role-play scenarios you will be able to:
    -Evaluate The Guest standards in your organization. -Describe positive and negative customer service behaviors.-Identify distracted and frustrated guests.-Describe Glacier Country resources available, and more!!
