    Shrimp Ceviche with Aquaprawnics local Montana Shrimp served on a Wonton Chip with Grapefruit Supremes paired with a White Negroni featuring Gin

    Smoked Duck Crostini, Bourbon Cherry Vinaigrette, Caramelized Onion Chevre Mousse, fresh local Micro Greens paired with a Clint Eastwood featuring Midnight Forest Bourbon

    Tacos de Lingua, Huckleberry Pico, Tequila Crema paired with an Agua del Cielo featuring Barrel Rested Agave Spirit
