We are excited to present a five-course cider tasting dinner with a menu designed and prepared by Chef Tim Good of Last Chair Kitchen & Bar and The Cuisine Machine. Each course is thoughtfully paired with a cider from Western Cider (Missoula, MT). Located on the banks of the Clark Fork River, the cidery produces easy going and traditional ciders using apples from an orchard in the Bitterroot Valley, as well as apples from Northwest Orchards. A representative from the cidery will be dining with us to share more about Western Ciders and the specialty pairings.
