Owning a second home can be stressful when you don't know what’s happening to your home while you are away. We can be your eyes and ears, allowing you peace of mind knowing that your property is in good hands.

Basic Services:
Weekly home monitoring visits
Check for running water, leaks, maintenance issues?
Optional additional hot tub check
Emergency response (conditions apply)
Bill payment
Coordinating and supervising subcontractors ?

Seasonal tasks such as garden furniture and pond pump storage and installation.
Owner arranged maintenance events that require on-site supervision or presence.
Grocery and other shopping.

Sub contracted work on the property arranged on your behalf such as:
Snow and Ice removal

Sprinkler system winter and summer maintenance
Lawn and garden maintenance
Window, chimney and gutter cleaning
Heating system servicing
Vehicle, (including boats), servicing and detailing
House cleaning

We provide monthly invoices, statements and enclose receipts for work done.
